woke up very the late...
6.10 am 2 gelas air
7.00 am 1 gelas air + 1 bj lemon + secubit garam (it is believed that it can make strong bowel movement)
7.50 am 1 mug air + 5 sudu oat (kelas pukul 8 so belasah je le...)
9.05 am 1 botol air mineral
10.00 am 1 bj epal fuji
11.45 am 1 botol air mineral
12.30 pm 1 cawan yogurt, 5 bj anggur n 1 kpg oat krunch
2.00 pm 800 ml air + timun + oren (dibuat jus)
4.30 pm 5 bj anggur
5.05 pm 250 ml air yogurt
5.30 pm Fasa 1 excercise (dpt 1 round kolej)
6.15 pm Fasa 2 brisk walking diselang seli dgn larian anak
7.10 pm 2 gelas air
9.00 pm 2 btg hotdog + ikan cencaru bakar (panggang dlm oven)
9.30 pm 500 ml air jarang
before tdo: kene minum air lg 2 gelas
kesimpulannye : teruk gak hidup kite ari ni sbb lgsg xamik milo...rs bdn letih beno sbb sugar level kurang. only after kite amik 1 bj epal fuji br regain energy..so sok pg kene tukar skit menu...
good luck...esok kita ada makan2 kat opis..kalo x mmg nak join dah 3ddp nih huhuhu..risonyeee harus esok aku mkn banyak hihihi :P
ReplyDeleteI think Milo tanpa gula shud be no problem.Dlm menu tu cuma tak digalakkan minum coffee & tea sahaja :)wow best juga menu hari ni yer..good luck Nora!

ReplyDeletebetul gak kak...mia pun dah biasa minum milo panas pagi2x...even bancuh anlene tanpa susu? agak-agaknya ok tak buat anlene je..dia kan x ada gula..haha?kerana nak energy, mia pun amikroti wholegrain...sebenarnya kak kte kena ubah menu la...jom,kte plan for detox day 2...chaiyok..
