Update Menu 3.3.2010

4.15 am 300 ml H2O
6.00 am 300 ml H2O
6.20 am 200 Ml H2O + 1 tbsp psyllium husk
6.50 am 400 ml milo kosong + 1 tbsp oat + 1 senduk nasi + 3 jenis sayur + 2 ketul kaki ayam n 1 ketul daging ayam yg digoreng ( tapi xmkn pun kaki ayam tu....perut dh penuh)

10.15 am 400 ml Kopi Radix + 400 ml H2O + 1 bj kuih ketayap (kuih dadar kale ijau n inti kelapa)
1.30 pm 500 ml HL Shake
2 - 4 pm 800 ml HL Teamix = 1/2 bj jambu batu (tanpa asam)
5.30 - 7.30 pm 1.5 L H2O
8.00 pm 500 ml HL Shake

Xcise: ari ni naik tangga ke tingkat 3 (3 kali naik n turun), brisk walking ms nk g tutorial block
