Update menu 2.3.2010

5.00 am 300 ml H2O
6.15 am 200 ml H2O + 1 tbsp psyllium husk
6.40 am 400 ml milo kosong + 1 tbsp anlene + nasi 1 senduk + sayur 2 jenis n ayam goreng (leher ayam n TONGKENG) hu hu hu dh lama tul xmkn...ni kene xcise lbh ni...KOLESTEROL



9.00 am 400 ml milo kosong (temankan Ikram bfes...Ikram kn demam)
10 - 12.30 pm 800 ml HL teamix
1.05 pm HL Shake
3 - 5.30 pm 1 L H2O
5.45 pm 1 PROSPERITY + 1 CHEESEBURGER + 1 SMALL FRIES + 5 SCOOPS MCFLURRY (SILA PERCAYA - kite telah merosakkan diri sendiri hari ni dgn mkn bende2 nih sume)
6 - 7 pm xcise - shopping la la la dekat GIANT (kire xcise kan..kite jln bnyk w/pun slowly walk)
8 - 11 pm 400 ml H2O
11.15 pm 1 biji limau mandarin
